Where the tide meets the trees,
a thousand little lights find their rhythm.
Each firefly carries its own internal clock. Nearby flashes gently pull those clocks together, while a spatial phase offset sends a wave of light through the canopy. Disturb the forest and watch it find its rhythm again.
The island, roots, leaves, birds and hut are built from geometry. Water uses scene depth for absorption and refraction, a screen-space reflection pass, and a 256 × 256 wave simulation for ripples. No models or image textures are downloaded.
